It is the rope that binds everything together.

It is in possession of astounding powers to heal, strengthen, and lighten up and undoubtedly suppress your depression and stress. Laughing helps in respiration, strengthens your immune system, and it also burns your calories. With countless advantages, laughter has established itself as a great medicine. 

What is laughter therapy?

Here comes laughter therapy, it was invented by Annette Goodheart. The public has shown greater interest in the therapy. It is a process of using humor to relieve stress and enhance a person’s well-being. Laughing helps us fight antibodies, by triggering the release of endorphins which promotes overall comfort and prosperity of every individual. It is also known as humor therapy, as it involves several laughing exercises, clowns, books, funny games, puzzles, and comedy movies. The major part of the therapy is to figure out things that evoke laughter. One should be able to receive laughter therapy of all sorts. It is pretty predominant to foster the habit of laughing every day and finding happiness in little things. Optimism is a key trait in the therapy, accepting a circumstance positively, and laughing at them instead of drenching yourself in depression is a lesson to learn. 

Laughter can be your personal weapon to win over the adversities, do not lose it.
