Mental health is a boon, lucky are those who have a happy and healthy mind.
Life is full of challenges that we need to encounter often and in this stressful journey of life, we are prone to mental illness.
Many of you might feel insecure talking about your mental illness as you feel that you would be labeled as “mad” or “insane”.
For me, talking about my mental illness would be the same feeling that I experience when I am talking about my physical illness.

I have noticed people talking about physical illness more in detail and they seldomly vocalize about their mental illness.
Mental illness, when taken care of in the first place, would be better rather than taking care of it after it becomes a chronic illness.
Mental illness is not a sin or a crime that you have committed to feel ashamed of rather it’s as common as you are prone to fever and need somebody to help you and take care of you.
Ask for help when you require and also be there for others when they are suffering from mental illness. Consult an expert and also follow a few tips so that you can recover.
