Hi 👋, My name is Stephen, I am Founder & CEO of Pinkymind. Even I have gone through severe anxiety and panic attacks for 5 years. It impacted my self-esteem, my confidence, my performance at work, my relationship with people. It took 5 years for me to get back to normal. I did a lot of research, learnt and tried new techniques to get back to normal.

I got my first panic attack in 2010 on an international flight and it took almost 5 years for me to effectively manage my anxiety. It impacted my self-esteem, my self-confidence, my performance at work, my relationship with people. I was withdrawn from the people. Before the panic attack episodes, I was an extrovert and but later I became an introvert. It took 5 years for me to get back to normal. I did a lot of research and learnt new techniques, tried various techniques to get back to normal.

I don’t want you to go through all the pains that I had gone through. 

To assist you, I have started Pinkymind, an emotional counselling & therapy platform. We have qualified Psychologists and therapists who ready to help you. They have tried and tested methods to help you to get out anxiety, panic attacks, phobia, fear, depression, OCD and PCOD.
